I received 3 cheeses in my basket. 2 blocks of cilantro gouda, one sajiq BBQ and a fourth flavored with cumin. I out the cilantro and sajiq for Christmas along with a gruyere I purchased locally. Our gruyere disappeared while the goudas were left to sweat on the board. The mix of flavors was overpowering to the point of bitterness. Really disappointed in these. A plain smoked gouda would have been better. Sometimes less is more. This is one of those times.
